With this system however, those who are interested will have to learn the tricks of the trade. Creating your own residence and then selling it or charging rent will not be an easy feat. You can learn all about it here:

The guide will walk you through the selection and creation of a specific area (blocks included) of space you will be selling or renting out, and you map it out using a wooden axe (1 click in point A, 1 click in point B and so forth).
